Our team will explain the proposed terms and expected next steps after reviewing your application.
What does ScaleLane do?
ScaleLane helps businesses find suitable payment processing options. You submit a business profile, and our team reviews it to help you take the next step. ScaleLane is an application and review service; submitting an application does not open a processing account.
What will I need to apply?
Have your business email, phone number, and live website ready. We'll ask what you sell, your expected monthly processing volume, average order value, markets, and any previous processing experience. You'll then verify your email with a one-time code.
Is there a fee to apply?
There is no fee to submit your ScaleLane application, and no credit card is required. Any payment processing fees and provider terms are separate and will depend on the option available to your business.
Am I approved as soon as I apply?
No. The confirmation means we've received your application. Our team then reviews your business. Processing approval, pricing, and availability depend on the provider's requirements and any additional checks. We don't promise a specific approval or activation time.
Can I apply if I already have a processor?
Yes. Tell us about your current or previous provider and what you're looking to change. This helps our team understand your needs. Applying does not change your existing processing arrangement.
What happens after I submit my application?
After verifying your email, you'll receive a confirmation and an application reference. Use your merchant portal to follow progress, message our team, and provide requested documents. You can also tell us whether you prefer follow-up by email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Email verification remains required to secure access to your application.
