This policy describes what information ScaleLane collects when you use the merchant-application funnel, why we collect it, and how we share it.
What we collect
Information you enter into the funnel (work email, phone, preferred contact channel, Telegram username when you choose Telegram, business website, niche, market, processing history, monthly volume range, average order value) and traffic attribution (UTM parameters, referrer, click identifiers). We collect an IP address for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
To produce a routing recommendation for an acquiring partner, verify your work email, follow up with you through your preferred contact channel, and prevent automated abuse of the funnel. Portal access and automated notifications continue to use your verified email.
Who we share it with
Acquiring partners we route you to, and service providers strictly necessary to operate the funnel (email delivery, bot challenge, rate-limiting). If your chosen WhatsApp or Telegram channel is used, that messaging service receives the contact details and message content needed for the exchange. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Application records are retained for as long as necessary to operate the routing service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at the contact address below.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EEA residents), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by writing to us at the address below.
